Who I Am

Analytical, process driven, solution oriented, NNA certified, and trained mobile Notary Signing Agent with expertise in conducting loan signings, notarizing powers of attorney, jurats, acknowledgments, wills & trusts, and affidavits, and performing affirmations and oaths. My 17 year corporate career and professional training has enabled me to provide efficient, proactive, organized, and detailed notarial services. I am fulfilled by making an impact on an individual level, enthusiastic about personal growth & learning, unearthing new insights, and untangling complex problems.

Pledge Of Ethical Practice

I am not an attorney and therefore, by law, I cannot explain or interpret the contents of any document for you, instruct you on how to complete a document or direct you on the advisability of signing a particular document. By doing so I would be engaging in the unauthorized practice of law, and could face legal penalties that include the possibility of incarceration. Any important questions about your document should be addressed to the lender, title company or an attorney.

Fee Schedule

For an acknowledgment, for the first signature of each signer: $15.00
For each additional signature of each signer: $7.50 per signer
For administering an oath or affirmation: $7.50
For a certified copy: $7.50
For a jurat, for each signature on the affidavit: $15.00
For a loan signing: $150.00

Additional fees:

For travel 6am - 7pm: $15.00 per hour, min. of 2 hours
For travel 7pm - 6am: $30.00 per hour, min. of 2 hours

Note:

All fees are payable in advance.
Fees are payable if service is canceled after travel has begun or if service cannot be performed due to actions of the person requesting the service or any other person necessary for the performance of the service.
Document printing is included in any service.
